1. Q: Can I take that sample first to see the quality?

A: Yes, for the sample in stock, we provide samples for free, and you need to pay the freight. For the custom samples, we will reimburse you for the previous samples for free after you officially purchase from our company.

2. Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs, but trail order with small quantity is acceptable.

3. Q: How to start order with you ?

A: Client provide product requirement, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions, then making and confirm samples. After receive deposit, we arrange the mass production according to your approved samples.

4.Q: What if I cannot receive the item if it is damaged in transit?
A:We will bear all the losses for all non-human-caused damage to the goods during transportation.

5. Q: What’s the payment term?

A: Payment by western union, Paypal or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.
